The system was not automated that the company did not have a centralized system to manage and streamline the process such as bidding, quoting, order management, tracking deliveries and hauler services, reports etc and the related activities of the staffs who are working inhouse and in the field. The company was depending upon google sheets previously which they found tedious and causing large amount time and effort.
