Being an entrepreneur is daunting and unsettling at times especially with inexperience and a new idea that your hoping will take off. Approaching and selecting a developer to bring your vision to life is a key decision in whether your either fail or succeed. From our first interaction with New Age SMB and Retheesh Kumar in particular we new we had made the correct decision from the onset, not only has the team and Retheesh given us the belief and confidence in our product. But more importantly a clearer picture of what we could of never have envisioned, that in itself is priceless. Once contracts were signed etc we received a format of how the product was going to be put together along with time frames and costing of each milestone. We couldn't have been happier with the completion of our first milestone right on time with predicted completion date.

I will happily give feedback about the work that has been completed so far by NewAge SMB.  I have been working with Aaron and Giovanni.  They have both been wonderful.  Communication between parties has been open, efficient, and done in a timely matter.  Whenever I have a question whether it is for Aaron or Giovanni they are both extremely diligent in getting back to me.  The enhancements that were introduced have been successfully implemented as we move into phase two of building a store.  We are extremely pleased to go live with the site knowing that NewAge SMB has created all enhancements that needed to be done in order to have a successful redemption site. 

Once again, Justin and I here at Incentive Concepts have been very pleased with the work NewAge SMB has provided over the past few months.
